Accommodation Booking Process:

To book accommodation, send an email to hospitality@babelcamp.hu stating which building and room you would like to book, for how many people, and for how many nights. We will reply with the bank transfer details required for the payment. In the transfer reference/message, please include your booking name (if it differs from the bank account holder’s name) and write “ITALIA”. The booking becomes final once the payment has been received. We will then send a confirmation email and mark the bed(s) as booked in the table.

In case of cancellation, we are unfortunately unable to automatically refund the accommodation fee. However, we will make your reserved accommodation available again in the table, and if a new booking is made for it, we will refund your payment.

Please note that camping, wild camping, staying in camper vans, or any kind of unofficial overnight stay (“sleeping in the bushes”) is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Babel Camp area. Only guests with a confirmed booking at the listed accommodations are allowed to stay overnight on the festival grounds.
